A two days Foundation Dermal filler course. This course will be taken by an experienced Trainer, who will provide ongoing support for your injectable practice to assist your progress during your first year of operation.

It is ideal for beginners practitioner who is looking to specialize in dermal fillers injection techniques or looking to start up an aesthetic business

The qualification will provide you with the relevant knowledge and practical skills to safely and competently perform the Dermal fillers on the Lips, Nasolabial Lines (nose to mouth line) and Marionette Lines independently. Please find the course details below:

Dermal fillers Outline:

• Health and Safety
• To understand the use of dermal fillers in the face, specifically for the periorbital and midfacial region.
• To appreciate and know the different types of fillers currently available and the pros and cons of each.
• Discuss and have an appreciation of various injection techniques and anatomical considerations.
• Contra-indication.
• Understand the importance of accurate patient assessment from the initial consultation to the actual treatment itself by watching a series of live demonstrations.
• To understand how to carry out the procedures by undertaking a practical workshop (hands-on workshop session) on a live patient using a dermal filler for the periorbital and midfacial region.
• Follow-ups and complications
• To understand how to market facial aesthetics procedures with dermal fillers in your current practices and the profitability of such treatments.
• Storage and safe handling
• Inventory management
• Comprehensive instruction in injections Dermal Filler Injections under the supervision of our expert trainers covering for the lips, nose to mouth lines, marionette lines, mouth corners

The course offering will include the following:

• All products to practice on the training day
• Live models for practice
• A copy of learning materials used on the course.

Course fees and payment terms:

Course Fee: £1250

To secure your place, we are required 50% of the course fees due before enrollment. Full payment must be made before the first day of the course.

Entry requirements:

An adult aged 18 and over

We recommend that you already hold relevant qualifications before taking this course (e.g. NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3). If you do not possess a qualification, please get in touch with us to discuss, and we can advise. Please note, however, that most insurance companies require that you hold a level 3 to obtain insurance.

If you are a medical professional (e.g. doctor, nurse), you can enrol without beauty qualifications.
