A Foundation Anti-wrinkles Course

A Foundation Anti-wrinkles (Botox product) two days course. In this course, you will learn how to safely carry out botox injection on upper face areas, including Glabellar or frown line, Forehead, Browlift, and Crow’s feet. We will provide ongoing support for your injectable practice to assist your progress during your first year of operation.

This course will cover and progress practitioners of all experience levels through;

• Beginners who have no previous aesthetic experience
• Intermediate who have completed a Foundation Dermal Filler course and are looking to develop further
• Advanced who have experience in the industry and are competent with basic injection techniques to enhance your advanced injectable skills.

The qualification will provide you with the relevant knowledge and practical skills to safely and competently perform the following procedures independently. Please find the course details below:

Anti-wrinkle Foundation (Botox product): This course will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to injecting Botulinum Toxin Type A into the four areas of the upper face, including Glabellar or frown line, Forehead and Crow’s feet and Browlift.

Foundation Anti-wrinkles (Botox product) Course Structure:

• Health and Safety.
• Anatomy of the upper face
• Overview of facial musculature
• Ageing of the skin
• Overview of the multidisciplinary approach for the rejuvenation of the ageing face
• Adverse events and treatment responses
• Injection techniques for botulinum toxins
• The indications of the face can be treated effectively with Botox.
• Contraindications
• Consultation
• Botox Pre-Treatment Protocols
• Botox Post Treatment Protocols
• Follow-ups and complications
• Observing a demonstration of the procedure on a patient
• Hands-on injection time with BOTOX
• Storage and safe handling
• Inventory management
• Comprehensive instruction in injections for the 3 key areas of the face under the supervision of our expert trainers covering Botox Injections for crow’s feet, glabellar and frontalis.
• Comprehensive instruction in injections for advanced techniques under the supervision of our expert trainers.

The course offering will include the following:

• All products (Botulinum Toxin Type A)
• Live models for practice
• A copy of learning materials used on the course.

Trainees will also:

• Link to the prescriber to support your practice.
• Link to the insurance company
• Links and advice on where to purchase Botox and Dermal fillers products.
• Receive FREE ongoing email support for one year from our trainer

Course fees and payment terms:
Course Fee: £1,250
To secure your place we have required  50% of the course fees due before enrolment. Full payment must be made before the first day of the course.

Entry requirements:
An adult aged 18 and over

We recommend that you already hold relevant qualifications before taking this course (e.g. NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3). If you do not possess a qualification, please contact us to discuss and we can advise. Please note, however, that most insurance companies require that you hold a level 3 to obtain insurance.

If you are a medical professional (e.g. doctor, nurse), you can enrol without any beauty qualifications.

Qualification:
By completing this course you will receive a CPD  certificate.
