Aromatherapy Massage is a gentle and firm massage that incorporates a mix of custom scented essential oil to help with relaxation and emotional healing. During this treatment the therapist may diffuse a few drops of one of the essential oils in the room during the treatment and some directly to your skin as part of the treatment. This massage helps with anxiety, stress, insomnia, and overall relaxation.

All of these oils are the aromas of the aromatherapy massage, and they are all made from natural plant extracts and all of them come from plants, flowers and trees.
