VTCT Level 3 Epilation

VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Epilation (QCF) is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your skills using electrolysis for hair removal. 

This qualification is designed to develop and enhance your skills as a beauty therapist or electrologist to enable you to provide electrical epilation treatments. Successful completion of this course will enable you to provide electrical epilation treatments and gain insurance. 

Course Structure:

UV30486: Client care and communication in beauty-related industries

UV30474: Provide electrical epilation

UB30491: Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon

The course includes:

The course is structured around theory, blends home study and class-room tuition, homework assignments, practical demonstrations, online exam, complete portfolio reference and evidence. We will provide you full support and guidance throughout your course of study until you complete the course.

There is no need to bring a model

Finding a model for practical assessment can be challenging and frustrating. That’s why we will provide you with a model for practical work, but if you prefer to bring your own model you are of course welcome to.

Course fees and payment term:

Course Fee: £700

Full payment must be received before the first day of the course and kits are not included in the course fees.

Kits: 

You are not required to bring your own kit for your practical assessment.

Uniform: 

To attend this course you are required to wear a black tonic with black trousers, flat shoes (no heels) in black. If you do not have a uniform, it is available to purchase at the school.

Course dates and times: 

Our 4 day course runs from 10.00am – 5.00pm and students are required to complete a portfolio within one month of the first class. 

Start Date: Every Monday – Thursday, the next available date is Monday- Friday

Time: 10am – 5.30pm

Entry requirements:

Adults aged 18 and over.

Holding Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).

Certification:

Students need to successfully complete a portfolio, which demonstrates their understanding of both the theoretical work, comprised of an assessment and an online exam, and a practical assessment. Successful candidates will receive the internationally recognised VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Epilation (QCF).
